Marigny German cemetery

   Initially used by the Americans during the “War of the Hedgerows”, the Marigny cemetery was handed over to the Germans after the war. It holds the bodies of 11,169 soldiers, which were transferred here from many temporary cemeteries and isolated graves in the late ’fifties.
